What We Collect
When you join the pool, we collect your full name and phone number. Providing your email address is completely optional. We only collect what is necessary to create the shared contact file.
When Your Data is Shared
Your contact information remains private until the participant goal is reached. Once the goal is met, a VCF (Virtual Contact File) is generated. This file, containing the names and phone numbers of all participants, becomes available for download by every other participant in the pool. By submitting your information, you agree to this sharing.
Data Removal
You have the right to request the removal of your contact information from the pool at any time. If you made a mistake or wish to be removed, please use the Report a Mistake page to contact the site owner. Your data will be removed from the main list, but please note that if the VCF file has already been generated and downloaded, we cannot retract it from those who already have it.
These terms are designed to be simple and clear. This service is for building a community contact list quickly and is not intended for storing sensitive information.
